Ownership and authority
You confirm you are the owner or authorised seller and can provide the horse’s passport and registration where required.
Accuracy
Describe age, height, breed, health, training and registration truthfully. Disclose known lameness, medication, pregnancy and companion status.
Animal welfare
No sale for slaughter, illegal transport or cruel treatment. Follow applicable identification and transport law.
Buyers
Never ask buyers to send deposits before viewing. Keep communication on the platform where possible.
